The International Conference on Sustainable Employability unites scientists and professionals of all disciplines involved in sustainable employability to exchange knowledge and know-how.

The Carewear-team presented on the usability of wearables within stress and burn-out management. We gave an overview of usable wearables followed by a demonstration of an operational interface to visualize psychophysiological data. Furthermore, we elaborated on how wearables can be incorporated in a cognitive-behavioral intervention of stress and symptoms of burn-out.
